good product, bad service - well the filter it self is good. does what it says it does. i got bad allergys. i use this filter with the lasko air cleaner fan and its picking up the dust & cat hair ( witch im also allergic to ) up into the filter quite well.now it did show up on time but it was the wong size of the filter. i asked for a 20x20x1 size i recived a 20x30x1.i contacted filtra threw amazon for 1 1/2 months on trying to get this error thay made corrected. after countless phone calls & e-mails thay finaly broke down & sent me the correct size of this product. now what i mean by bad service is that thay lied to me on 3 diffrent occasions saying that the replacement for the correct size was being mailed out to me.well with all this being said when placing a order for this product your taking a gamble.with all the hassles ive gone threw to get the corect size on witch i was suposse to recive in the start with, the product it self is good. just make sure you recive the correct size of your filter you asked for. if not it just might be a hassle on getting the correct size mailed to you & sending the incorrect size back to filtra. sence there not to happy on doing this even if its at there fault on making the error in the start with. but at the end of all the mess i did recived the correct size of this product & it is a good product. i gave this product 3 stars due to reciving the wrong size & for having to fight to get the correct size mailed to me.

Nice, well-made filter - I purchased one to replace the filter that came with my Trane home AC system. This filter is every bit as well made as the Trane filter and I expect will last at least 4 years as the other did, even though my home is Animal House with dogs and cat coming and going most of the time. I measured my old filter and the new one matched exactly. Metal frame is good weight and sturdy. Will buy another when the time comes in 4 to 5 years.

Extremely good - I purchased two of these EZ-2000 electrostatic filters for my two lasko air cleanersLasko 3900 Performance Air Cleaner so that I don t waste money buying the throw-away filters, these will eventually pay for themselves. The filter itself looks and feels like its extremely well constructed. It s doing a super job filtering and trapping dust, and it allows a larger volume of cooler air to pass through, than the arm&hammer filter lasko included with the air cleaner. It comes with a set of instructions on how to care and clean for the filter (Just take the filter outside and wash it gently with the garden hose, then let it dry.) as well as a monthly cleaning chart to check off on when you last clean it. I highly recommend these filters.
